Really appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff!

This is a terrible automated message to receive - your got this survey via a text saying hope your egg retrieval went well. I would recommend more sensitivity - my egg retrieval did not go well, according to the percentages shared in the discharge instructions. I felt like no one was able to answer my questions about my low rate of fertilization until I finally got to speak with the physician over a week after hearing how low the rate was. It would have been less upsetting if I felt supported; instead, I would email and no one would respond until I called.

Dr Fisher was very helpful and explained everything with patience.

Doctors and nurse practitioners should smile more. I miss the exuberance of early days.

Really difficult getting in touch with care team, many times it took me 5-6 days of calling and emailing until I got a response. I feel this is the most important part of the experience to improve because it was quite frustrating. Everything else was great, especially the experiences during the transfer itself.

This cycle, I had a relatively new patient navigator, and there were a few incidents where she took a long time to send me information I needed (as in, I had to email again asking for it, as I needed to know the schedule and medication instructions for the next day) and/or was not responsive (like when I called and emailed after I accidentally took a medicine late - she actually never responded to either the call or the email - I just happened to be able to ask my nurse about it when she called about something else!). This was pretty frustrating, especially since other than that, my customer service experience at Spring had been great! Im sure Danielle was really busy, but I feel like a big part of her job is to help me feel less anxious by making sure I have all the information I need in a timely way, and unfortunately the opposite happened at times. Still, overall, I had s great experience and am very grateful for the kindness of the entire staff.

Dr Fisher and his staff are all so amazing. Tess his nurse went above and beyond. Highly recommend Spring Fertility.

It would be better if I could get to see my main primary physician and her team at every appointment for the consistency.
