I did not like the anesthesiologist during my last retrieval. I don�t think he considered my medical history. He spoke So loudly during my eerie val that he woke me up during the procedure. He was still talking so loudly right next to my ear that he didn�t even realize I was awake for some time. My oxygen was also not in my nostrils and he didn�t even realize it. He was clearly not paying attention to me during the procedure.

I have to say my second floor experience blew me away�everyone was exceptionally kind. I felt very well cared for.

We are frustrated that the Spring team didn�t help connect the dots between our goals (enough embryos for 2 kids) and our decisions about treatment scheduling. We don�t know what we don�t know but you do this all the time, so if you ask us �do you want to do A or B?� and we pick an option that is seemingly counter to our stated goals, then please have the ability to say �are you sure? Based on the information we have about you and probabilities, you may want to consider this other option.� Makes this feel like a money making scheme rather than putting the patients needs first.

Everyone was great except the financial person. She was very disorganized and couldn't explain anything clearly. She made it feel like this process was more of a scam than a service.
