Everyone was great except the financial person. She was very disorganized and couldn't explain anything clearly. She made it feel like this process was more of a scam than a service.

The warmth of the staff is above and beyond and so appreciated. Loved that they offered to play music during the procedure.

I didnt fully understand why no changes were made to my medication dosages for my second round, given that my first round results were somewhat disappointing, and Ive heard from several other people that their doctors changed their medicines the second time and got much better results. There may be perfectly good reasons mine werent changed, but I didnt feel like I had enough time or space to ask and find out answers about that.

The care team felt a bit disorganized. The physician performing the transfer was abrupt and cold and when I tried to confirmed our planned embryo for transfer while signing the consent form, she said I dont know anything about that .

Dr. Okeigwe is why I am so committed to spring. Shes been amazing.

Im confused, I loved the doctor, although wish I could have more direct contact with her, the after egg retrieval was a big unpleasant but it could be due to my results, and the lack of clarity of what is gonna happen.

Dr. Okeigwe is the best! Thank you for everything.

I'd appreciate it if during ultrasounds, providers could provide more anticipatory guidance when inserting and moving the ultrasound wand. I also had a slightly confusing and stressful experience with conflicting information in the trigger instructions where it was uncertain if I had to inject both medications or just one.
