I�m so appreciative of the positive experience I had working with Dr Okiegwe and her Oakland team. From start to finish everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and diligent in order to put me at ease during this process

Pricing was confusing, and it ended up costing more than the website stated.

Have loved how organized and streamlined the process has been. Everyone in person has been amazing and supportive. My only critique is that post-2nd retrieval, my primary assigned nurse was not the person who called me with Day 3 and Day 6 updates, and on Day 6 I felt that there was a lot of information and questions I had. The nurse who called left me a very rushed message with the results and then was unable to return my call later in the day. This was the only time I didn't feel attentively cared for or that there was enough space for my questions.

It would be beneficial of the nurses or staff had more information about the medications. I felt I had to look them all up for the details I was searching for because I received "canned" answers. It was clear to me the staff were trained on how to answer questions and withheld information that was readily available in the IFU.

It was very pleasant and stress free. Great experience.
