Everything was smooth and well thought out. Everyone we encountered were so nice and friendly. The little touches (warm blanket, choice of music during the transfer) don�t go unnoticed.

the only less than ideal part of this process was that on the retrieval day, there was another patient who was right next to me before and after retrieval (even though no one else was there). She was talking deliriously and crying loudly, which took me out of my own experience. It�d be nice to have more privacy so that patients can�t hear one another (and can�t hear sensitive info like the number of eggs retrieved)

The financial person was awful, everything she sent for reference was poorly formatted and confusing and the face to face made things less clear. Everyone else has been fantastic to work with!
