Overall I am happy with Spring�s entire team. Some improvements- The nurse who provided the embryo report but didnt seem tovwant to break the bad news along the way. I felt like I given great information on how to read the report, but then was told a rosier picture of my embryos� development. I think a realistic picture is better for setting expectations than a rosy one. Also, fertility costs should be better outlined at the start. That isnt a fault of the financial person, but should be available online.

I went through the IVF Process at the same time as my sister who was going through an egg freezing cycle at another clinic across the country. It was very clear I was receiving better care and communication than she was and I appreciate the level of support I received in answering my many questions.

I hope that no one needs this service but if they do Spring would be the only way to go. Couldn�t be happier with the service and experience.

A minor point here but for what it�s worth, the cost estimate letters are a bit confusing. I was considering egg and embryo freezing, with and without payment plans. It would help to have those terms in parenthesis in the cost estimates so that oocyte and embryo cryopreservation is more clear at a glance. It would also help to get the actual cost letters a bit sooner. My estimated and actual ended up being quite different so I had to adjust my treatment to fit my budget. Again, a small point of friction and really the only one through the whole process!

The team is amazing every step of the way. I always feel listened to, supported, and well cared for. I'm treated as an individual, not just another patient or number. They really care for you at Spring and go above and beyond to give excellent care. I highly recommend them to family/friends/everyone. I'm really lucky to have been referred to them.
