I feel like the information about treatment protocols should be given before the actual treatment begins so we know what to expect. I do find it hard to understand what the text and emails are asking me to do when telling me to sign onto the Spring Portal and do �XYZ� but with that said, I always figured it out.

My experience with Spring was truly great! I would highly recommend to anyone interested in egg retrieval.

There needs to be LGBTQ signage in the waiting area to indicate this is a safe space. Intake staff never asked for pronouns over the phone or in person - this is unacceptable. Also, intake staff assumed I am female, straight and have a husband on the phone, all from my tone of voice, none of which is correct. This is was very uncomfortable and not what I expected from a clinic that advertises itself to offer LGBTQ services
