Everyone at Spring has been amazing from the front desk staff to the nurses, phlebotomists and drs. The team is very responsive, sensitive and caring. The whole process can be a bit daunting and overwhelming. There are a lot of ups and downs. My care team has always been wonderful. They have made this experience bearable and delightful. Payment, forms, texts, Onboarding process not smooth. Visit with doctor was great. Need to be contacted re follow up steps to get them scheduled.
