I wish Spring proactively provided more information and context. I felt like I had to advocate for us and ask a lot of questions to get information. I also wish it were easier to ask Dr. Fisher questions instead of having to go through a nurse.

Even though Dr Fisher wasn�t my general doctor, I�m really glad he was there for the transfer. He made us both feel at ease, explained each step in a very kind and thorough way, and his positive demeanor was greatly appreciated! Also I asked for the sperm/egg chocolates and got two boxes (they�re so good!)

It�s a lot like drinking from a fire hose at times - for calls it�s great to have time to pull up documents and follow along. Getting both me and my partner ccd on everything took a sec but worked out when I asked. Summaries and bullet points can be really helpful and necessary (like in a power point presentation not drinking 2-3 days before the egg retrieval was something I totally forgot about in the midst of several days of injections and varying dosages. It�s nice to have a single easy reference sheet sometimes.

I love Dr Fisher. I would recommend him but not the other Dr in Oakland

Everything about my initial consults was amazing. The whole staff is so profession, caring and welcoming. They really put us at ease throughout the entire process. The doctor was excellent. She was so kind and took the time to listen to us and explain the process. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone trying to conceive.
