Everything about my initial consults was amazing. The whole staff is so profession, caring and welcoming. They really put us at ease throughout the entire process. The doctor was excellent. She was so kind and took the time to listen to us and explain the process. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone trying to conceive.

The blood draws were sometimes difficult when usually they aren�t for me. Perhaps more training or different staff for blood draws? Everyone has been very friendly and great with communication. I think the financial component had some hidden parts when I spent a lot of time trying to ensure it didn�t.

Overall it was a good experience. I felt calms me at ease before the procedure and it was nice to have my support person with me in the room. It was really awesome to see everything on the monitors and have the Dr. walk through exactly what was happening. I felt well-informed and it was amazing to see the process and the embryo. So transparent in all the information!
