I had asked not to know the gender or grade of my embryo and unfortunately it was disclosed on a form. Spring needs better protocols around this so it doesn�t happen to others.

Everyone was very organized and professional. I�m very impressed!!

Communication with my care team was seamless and they were always prompt and helpful. But this cycle the communication with finance and Alto Pharmacy was frustrating. I had to make multiple calls to my care team to make sure my medication came on time so I wouldn�t miss a shot.
