Communication with my care team was seamless and they were always prompt and helpful. But this cycle the communication with finance and Alto Pharmacy was frustrating. I had to make multiple calls to my care team to make sure my medication came on time so I wouldn�t miss a shot.

I have had a terrible time and wish there were someone outside of my care team i could talk to. A patient advocate or ombudsman, or a neutral person in the office. Or that I could switch care teams. I have many specific examples that spring could learn a lot from. You should seriously do a focus group is current patients.

My medications were sent to the wrong pharmacy and I had to initially pay out of pocket. My nurse was VERY responsive and helpful, but it took awhile to process reimbursement through finance.

Couldn�t be happier with the whole experience. I came into the process expecting the worst and was beyond pleasantly surprised by the whole process and everyone I interacted with!

The only thing that was frustrating was that Dr. Okiegwe hadn�t received/reviewed my Kaiser records before the visit even though I signed a release of records form, so we spent a lot of time having to pull up results on our phones. It would have been nice if those were ready to go prior to the appointment and had been reviewed, or if there was an issue getting my records they would have told me so I could have brought them printed out.
