The only thing that was frustrating was that Dr. Okiegwe hadn�t received/reviewed my Kaiser records before the visit even though I signed a release of records form, so we spent a lot of time having to pull up results on our phones. It would have been nice if those were ready to go prior to the appointment and had been reviewed, or if there was an issue getting my records they would have told me so I could have brought them printed out.

I really enjoyed Dr. Fisher�s enthusiasm. I feel like he is on my team and hopeful we will reach my family�s goal together.

After the retrieval I felt very rushed by the nurse for me to leave. I believe that the patients would be better off if they were able to actually be awake and aware before rushing them out the door. Letting me lay there for another 20-30 minutes would have really been a wiser choice.
