It would be nice to have more face time with my patient navigator and nurse. Otherwise, everyone Ive worked with has been helpful and welcoming.

I feel like Spring was more on top of things during my first round of surgery ivf treatment in terms of being timely about making sure I have adequate time to order and receive all of my necessary medications. The 2nd time around, they were all ordered at the last minute and received either in the day of our one day before Im supposed to use them. Upon going online and following other womens ivf journeys, they seem to have a very clear understanding of egg size and the process of having them catching up in growth during the injection phase. I understand that time is limited during the morning ultrasound appointments, but itll be nice to be more informed about the ivf process either via online posts on your website or pamphlet; to have questions answered that you didnt know how to ask.

Please be sure to tell future patients that transfers can be cancelled at the last minute due to low results on the progesterone test. I was so upset and disappointed when this happened to me because I hadnt been told it was a possibility (I was only told that I might need to add progesterone supplementation).

Hello, I had a great experience with Spring fertility . Unfortunately, I had a very very bad experience getting my blood work for the genetic screening. Your nurse was unprofessional and seemed like she was not an adequately trained professional. The medical assistant who first saw me did the right thing by calling in the nurse when she was unable to draw sufficient blood from either arm. The second nurse, Maddie, was unable to draw blood but poked me 8 more times. I almost fainted. I was in pain. I asked her if I could do it later and she said no and that we needed all the blood drawn at once. I wish I just got up. I wish I was informed of my rights as a patient . My arms were sore afterwards and bruised. I couldnt move them well. It hurt to lift things. This happened on I believe May 25. It is now august 15, and I still cannot lift things. My arms still hurt. Am I maimed forever? I emailed my PCP And also went to urgent care. Neither were able to help. I even went to physical therapy in case if its a muscle issue (like if my muscles spasmed as a result and tightened). But they still hurt. I am seriously concerned about my ability to lift things- including my future baby. I would like Spring Fertility to do something about this. I informed you guys and yet when the nurse Maddie spoke to me at a later appointment, she did not bring it up or apologize which makes me think that she wasnt told that what she did was wrong. Can you please make this right? I dont even Know who to see to diagnose whats wrong with my arms. Are my veins permanently damaged? Do I have nerve pain? Is it muscular pain? Aside from this I had a very good experience. If it were not for the terrible blood draw I would 100% recommend spring fertility. Both doctors and the other nurses I saw were amazing. Thank you so much!! I have a negative rating for side effects due to my arms. And I did NOT feel safe or cared for during that blood draw. Your other nurses were great
