Would appreciate more explanation of the process and science that is informing decisions from the primary care doctor. Walking through what we�re doing at each appointment would help ease anxiety. Additional positivity when things are going well would also help. And general cautions about outcomes too.

The care team at Spring is exceptional. I have felt so well cared for by everyone, really an A+ team. My only feedback is that I have felt very unclear about understanding the next steps and timeline for implantation. I feel like the info has been well presented to help me understand retrieval, but I feel anxious and unclear about the next phase and how to prepare. It would be very helpful to have a sample timeline and written documentation explaining how the next phase will work.

Yes no one called me to tell me about my Day 3 report. I ended up calling in. Also, the nurses are lovely but can take awhile to respond to emails
