Everyone at Spring was kind and responsive. At times I was a bit confused as to how the email system worked, and to whom Id be interacting with role-wise (patient navigator vs nurse) when using the spring oakland email. Sometimes it it seemed like the handoff between doctor-ma-nurse around medications. I would tell the doctor and MA what meds I was out of, then be handed off to a nurse whod ask me what meds I was out of and what the doctor recommended, then Id get a call in the afternoon with my updated dosages for to day from a nurse who wasnt aware that I needed any meds or had consulted with a nurse earlier. Itd seem more efficient to have one of the sessions. As I neared the end of my stim period, for a 1 week period I had just enough medication for 1 day. This meant that every night for one week my I spent evenings waiting for delivery as Alto. I understand Springs only as-needed medicine policy but given the time a d huge amount of packaging waste I wish there had been a more streamlined approach to an already burdensome situation.

I was resting at a recovery room after egg retrieval and I heard another doctor was telling her patient that theyve got 24 eggs . So when my doctor came in and told me that weve got 7 eggs, I was very disappointed to hear the result.
