The experience should feel more tailored, and I think bedside manner could be improved.

I would absolutely recommend Spring to a friend, felt very cared for and the team was easy to coordinate with and did a great job answering questions. I did have some issues getting a question answered on payment for the procedure when I wanted to pay with a check and it was hard to get an answer on how much that would be. I also wish the team had been a little more clear on the target number of eggs we were aiming for. It was after the fact when I was out of my retrieval and someone asked what the target number was that I realized I had no idea. Finally, I have a vagal response and was able to do all of the bloodwork for this process without passing out, so I felt very cared for from the bloodwork team but I did have to say every single time that I need to be horizontal when getting blood drawn. Would have been nice to just have that in my file so I didn't have to explain every time.

I have recommended Spring a few times to my friends, they are wonderful and we had an excellent experience with them both times.

Spring feels like a well oiled machine, I felt very taken care of in terms of expectations and clarity and logistics and the nurses and patient navigators are so friendly, helpful, and responsive. Wouldn�t change a thing. Thank you!!

Dr. Okeigwe and her team were incredible - I couldn�t be happier with the outcome. Recovery was a bit more intense than initially expected, but everything along the way was smooth/informative/painless.

Everyone was so supportive, warm and kind. The plubotomists were also, but it's clear they're still new to drawing blood (hence the 3 stars). Sometimes they wouldn't get the draw right and have to draw more blood, or would miss a vein. Other than that, they were really nice and made me feel safe and supported!
