I�m going to miss Dr. Minjarez!!

hello -- i was recommended and specifically chose to come to spring because of your physicians and patient care. overall, i found the staff and on-boarding process to be friendly and efficient. however, there was a HUGE oversight by the intake team and new patient coordinator. i was very clear that i am 46 and had done my 3 IVF cycles at UCSF when i was 45-46 years old (planned to transfer my eggs and care to spring). i did all the detailed patient intake and waited 2 months with dr minjarez. not once was i informed that spring's policy is to not accept anyone over the age of 43, until the day of my appointment. i found this to be frustrating and disappointing, as did not expect this unprofessional conduct and lack of attention to detail from spring. i appreciated dr minjarez still having a brief consult with me (she is amazing). ...but i felt all my hours of filling out new patient forms and 2 months waiting for my consult could have been put towards a clinic or fertility options that will work with me. again, a disappointing experience with spring. hope this is helpful for future patients and that spring policies are communicated right away so time and effort is not wasted in what is already an intensive and emotional process. thanks for listening. best, -serena

I felt very rushed by Dr Minjarez during our in-person visits and wish I could have had more opportunity to discuss possible side effects. I experienced adverse side effects, especially post-retrieval, and felt that my questions around PCOS were not adequately addressed.

Very friendly staff. Helped me feel at ease and comfortable on this joyous occasion! Thank you to all the nurses and techs and embryologists, and Dr. Minjarez for a positive experience!

Dr Dovey is a rockstar and same with her whole team. I�ve done a few IVFs at some other clinics and even though I haven�t achieved success at Spring yet, I find it to be the best ran clinic out of them all.

I think some more training on phlebotomy and getting ergonomic set ups for the phlebotomy teams would be helpful.
