Ive had a great IVF experience at Spring so far. Ive compared my experience to friends at other clinics, and feel like Spring is doing a really incredible job of patient care and successful outcomes. I do think there could be more clarity on what happens with embryos after PGT results come in, easier coordination of meds, and better cost offerings (for example, RSC does 2 retrievals and unlimited transfers for a fixed cost)

When the treatment cycle started I did not feel well informed about the the treatment. The ultrasound appointments were too short to get my questions answered and at first I felt like my questions were unwelcome during those appointment. After voicing my concern, I was able to get more time and explanation from Dr Minjarez. There needed to be an appointment with the MD between consultation and treatment starting, which there was not, making for a very rocky and stressful start. Ultimately it was remedied, but it could have been avoided. The MAs also were not the greatest at blood draws. On several occasions I had to be Stuck twice, which has never been never been my experience.

Dr. Fisher is a blessed human being.

I wish all medical care was like this. I�ve never felt more informed or cared for. Everything was organized and clear and I got answers for any questions that I had. Visits never felt rushed. All staff were kind and welcoming, which is so appreciated when the medical stuff is kind of hard and scary to go through already.

Overall I've had a great experience at Spring. The communication at the beginning of the retrieval cycle was pretty confusing and not communicated well. Some things fell through the cracks. The only other thing is that I'd like to be more informed about my protocol/meds and why things are being prescribed, such as the Medrol I've been taking. I know not all patients want the details, but I do :)
