All team members went out of their way to be open and thoughtful in communication- which was helpful reminder to the process but at times could feel overwhelming. I would prefer to feel overly cared for rather than ignored though, so the team did it�s job too well:) my outcome was a bit of a surprise for everyone and I think the team used standard protocol to address what was referred to as a unique outcome from the doctor. It was very emotionally difficult and would have been easier had a been contacted by the doctor first to explain the outcome and it would have helped with much of the anxiety associated with processing the information. To this day, I still feel very in the dark about what has happened.

I just want to say everyone at the Oakland clinic is so lovely. As my third round started the change in staff seemed to cause some snags and we had a hard time getting in touch with them.

My nurse Mel, the team & especially Dr. Minjarez has really gone above and beyond in helping me feel comfortable and supported in all of the many decisions in this journey. Thank you!

My second cycle I was moved to a new nurse but wasn�t explicitly told. I didn�t realize I had a new nurse until I realized the same person called me 3 times and I hadn�t heard from my previous nurse. A more explicit notice of a nurse change would be helpful in the future.
