Dr. Fisher is absolutely wonderful! He made this very intimidating experience a breeze. He also has incredible bedside manner and is one of the best doctors I have ever had.

On retrieval day the bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned and the new gowns were really ill fitting. There was no hamper for the used gowns so I left it in a laundry bag on the floor? This was markedly different than my first retrieval at Spring where the facilities were noticeably clean and the gowns well fitting. FWIW

Overall, very pleased and really appreciated all the drs in the Oakland office. Dr fisher in particular was super communicative and kept things very light feeling yet direct.

Bedside manner at the second transfer was a little less friendly than the first time we did it. I wanted to be walked through the process a little bit more: now I�m doing this etc. we got some of that but could have used a little more

I loved everything about Spring! I also loved Alto pharmacy but was switched to Schraft 2.0 because of carrot and I would not recommend Schraft. Their delivery time was 1-2 days and they didn�t have a website portal like Alto
