depending on the nurse who called me, the level of detail was different. I wish I was given info of the meds before ordering them. The financial navigator passed along incorrect billing statements. Also there was an issues with coordinator of benefits; instead of feeling supported by the financial navigator and trying to figure out how to expedite the process to coordinate benefits, I felt was was being hounded to pay, even though it was a matter of days trying to coordinate the benefits. As a pt with dual coverage, I was unaware of the need to coordinate benefits needs to be done every calendar year from either insurance company; would have been nice if the financial navigator kept tract and helped me navigate this already complicated insurance process. Instead, much stress was added during the cycle.

I wish I was given info about the medications before being told to order them. The financial piece was not as smooth as it could be. I was blindsided by the fact that I had to coordinate my benefits every calendar yet and no one reminded me. I wish my financial navigator gave me a heads up to remind me as I had no idea this needed to happen. Instead, I was being asked to pay without a way to really help me navigate the system. It created unnecessary stress during an already stressful process. There was lack of communication between the financial navigator and the Progyny team. Additionally, financial navigator also gave me incorrect info regarding my bill.

Rotating doctor practice made it hard to feel like there was consistency in my case, and that all knowledge was transferred between them

Dr. Fisher, Shelby, Melissa and the rest of the Spring team are awesome, efficient, empathetic and great to work with throughout our cycle!

I�d love to explain my lower ratings: I found it difficult to keep up with the communication because it felt like a LOT. On top of the every-other-day visits, there were phone calls, emails, Covid screenings, texts...it�s too much. It would�ve helped to have streamlined, even a daily 5 min check-in that we agree to at a certain time. I�m sure many others like me are already overwhelmed by this process and have work. I kept missing the calls because I�d be in meetings and then if I called back I rarely found my nurse. It would also be nice to use some of the office time to go over medication training - it�s again another ask to say to go and watch videos. If I�m making time to come in, it would be lovely to get maximum value from it. Lastly, I felt the symptoms after were downplayed. It would�ve been nice to hear all ranges of recovery symptoms, duration, etc. bc I was really surprised that I wasn�t okay by the second day, like people kept telling me. That being said, this is just friendly feedback to make a good experience great. Overall, I am really glad I chose spring for this big step in my life! Thanks!
