Dr. Minjarez is a wonderful doctor and made us feel very comfortable. She explained the process thoroughly and answered all our questions. The Care Team at the office were all very friendly and welcoming. Despite traveling from NJ, we�re happy with our decision in choosing Spring Fertility. We very much appreciate all of you! :)

Regarding egg retrieval, generally my experience was very positive but there were a few small issues this time around 10. I did feel welcome on arrival, but there was some problem checking in my husband (miscommunication) which meant he couldn�t join me for some time. Since I get anxious in these scenarios, it would have been better if he was checked in sooner (like my first egg retrieval experience so I wasn�t alone all that time and he didn�t have to wait for no reason). 11. I have zero recollection of the doctor talking to me post procedure, which meant I was confused upon leaving - thinking she never did. And didn�t get an opportunity to learn my egg count from the nursing staff (except on my way out when I asked). I would suggest not talking to patients when they are still drowsy, or do what they do at other clinics and write it on the patient�s hand. So they can discover it themselves post-procedure. Additionally, the chocolate truffles are a really nice touch, but my experience was inconsistent - first egg retrieval I wasn�t given any (but the patient sitting next to me was) - which I was confused by. I was given chocolates at my most recent egg retrieval - thank you!

The retrieval experience and the follow up from the nurses was incredible! I would highly recommend it. The earlier part of the process when I would get super long emails was a lot more confusing. The communications would switch channels from the portal to email and the emails would be really long with the important actions buried at the bottom. I think you could improve by making the emails clear and actionable with the to-do�s at the top. Also events would be referenced in a message but I�d have to find a text message to find the information to login. It was really confusing that the calendar wasn�t used until the shots started. Or for rare appointments when it was the pertinent information wasn�t included. Finally RingCentral was a really poor experience video provider. It only loaded as a thumbnail on my phone and then didn�t work for my major appointment with my nurse.
