The people at spring fertility in Oakland and SF from the receptionist, nurses, doctors, medical assistants, etc are amazing. Everything was exceptional but I did have some challenges w the new medicine. The webinar was done a week before so I couldn�t recall specifics, and found the spring fertility videos mot as clear as videos I found on freedom teach. The words used on the package sent from CVS and words used in video weren�t the same so for a first time user it was not as clear (ie syringe)

Overall experience has been good. The only hesitation i have is that i saw so many different doctors, it made me nervous about the continuity between them.

I�d just like to say everyone was so kind and helpful. I was very nervous about this process but everyone I interacted with at Spring put me at ease. Thank you.

More follow-up after egg retrieval would be nice

Never interacted with my primary provider during this transfer; the COVID screening is excessive and not evidence-based. I get a text (despite opting out), email, and two new messages in the portal before every visit, in addition to a phone call sometimes, as well as a day-of repeat screening. During monitoring this may add up to 18+ repeated screening notices in a week. It�s not effective and excessive doesn�t make anyone safer.

I had a really great experience over. Loved Dr. Minjarez who is so warm and welcoming, as well as Drs. Pasternak and Lee. The nurses and reception staff were also very friendly. I was very nervous about going into the process (all by myself) but it turned out not so bad and I appreciate the support that was given.

I prefer to have a discount if I can . Thank you !
