Dr Wu is a fantastic clinician and surgeon, and throughout the past 3 months, it has been very difficult to communicate with Dr Wu about my concerns related to complications from a miscarriage and complications from a hysteroscopy. Requests for phone appointments with Dr Wu were dismissed. At times, I felt important information I conveyed to my patient navigator was not conveyed to Dr Wu. And once I found out about complications it took multiple visits and attempts at scheduling video visits to finally get some answers. I am a physician, and have been relying on my own extensive reading and research to help me understand my situation, and to feel comfortable with my treatment plan and prognosis.

Positive: I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Wu and all of the nurses/assistants that helped me. Each time I was in the clinic everyone was incredibly kind and professional. I want to say a special thank you to the pre-op nurses that helped me before my procedure. I was in immense pain coming in from severe endometriosis complications and they were so kind and caring while I was crying. Things that could be better: I�m not fully against the portal, but the way the message titles are set up are very confusing. Sometimes labeled nurse, sometimes Dr. Wu but it would be a nurse typing. I think this could be cleaned up.

Felt like I had to advocate very strongly for myself or else I would have just been ignored. Once anyone was listening it was great

Everything went extremely well with my experience at spring fertility. The staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Fisher was always kind, informative, and always seemed to go the extra mile!

IVF is an emotional rollercoaster�the highs feel like everything, and the lows are truly heartbreaking. Through it all, Dr. Fisher and the Spring team have held me up with genuine compassion and care, making me feel seen, heard, and deeply supported. With two previous losses, each time, Dr. Fisher went above and beyond to search for answers and guide me with empathy and clarity.
