Dr Fisher did an amazing job at explaining, answering our questions, and making us feel comfortable!

The Spring approach was night and day different than our previous experience with another clinic. Every doctor I encountered was warm and positive and informative. My transfer was tricky due to a fibroid, but the doctor and nurses handled it beautifully. I left feeling positive and hopefully.

I will forever be grateful to Dr. Krieg and her team for their care during this time.

10 out of 10! Dr Wu and her team are amazing!

I have had an extremely stressful and negative experience with Spring Fertility so far. First, Dr. Amato is never available for follow-up or discussion about my treatment. Whenever I need to speak with her, I have to wait about a week to schedule a phone call because she is rarely available. Second, and most frustrating, Dr. Kreig cancelled my Fresh Embryo Transfer. She said I had developed OHSS and that proceeding with a fresh transfer could make me sick. I understood the risks and repeatedly told her that I still wanted to move forward with a fresh transfer because I cannot afford the additional cost of a frozen embryo transfer cycle. From my very first consultation, I made it clear to every person I interacted with that my goal was a fresh embryo transfer for financial reasons. Despite this, Dr. Kreig insisted on cancelling it, and I felt forced into a decision I did not agree with. After the cancellation, no one from the clinic contacted me for several days to explain the next steps. I had to call the clinic myself. On November 12, during a call, Dr. Amato told me that a plan would be created and I would be updated on Monday, November 17. Again, I waited the entire week and no one contacted me. As usual, Marzie ignored all my messages, and when I called the clinic twice, no one picked up. I left a voicemail, and only then was I told that my embryo transfer was scheduled for December 2225. This was shocking because when Dr. Kreig cancelled my fresh transfer, she assured me that I would have a frozen embryo transfer in the first week of December. Now I am being told I must wait until late December. I have had two ectopic pregnancies in the past and have lost both fallopian tubes. IVF is my only option to conceive. Spring Fertility has made this already painful journey even more difficult. On top of everything, I have now received a large bill for the frozen embryo transfer cycle, and I have no idea how I am going to afford this unexpected cost.
