Some of the folks who draw blood are very very junior and inexperienced. I was tripple poked twice during one cycle by two different staff and in the end they had to get someone else to do the job. I hadn�t had any prior issues with my veins being difficult to reach. You certainly have folks like Valerie Stephano that are awesome at drawing blood in your staff. I would prioritize having them do the job instead of making us be test samples for folks that haven�t held a needle before. Valerie was called in in both cases where the inexperienced person messed up the blood draw and she could draw blood without any issues or sweat. This shows that the other folks were just not as good as she is. They were stressed, unsure of what they were doing, and couldn�t do the job.
