Dr. Wu was very thorough in explaining everything and made the appointment feel easy and stress free. The team was kind and made me feel comfortable being there.

The communication prior to my retrieval was abysmal. I cannot overstate how lacking it was. I was told many times for many different reasons that someone would send me something or call me and it wouldn�t happen. The only reason my cycle started on time was because I would call. Whether it was ordering my meds, knowing when to start said meds, signing the consents, scheduling the baseline, etc. every single ball was dropped until I had to call at the last minute to remind you all it still needed to happen. It seemed to me that your staffing needs were inadequate for the patient load you were taking on, and patient care was severely suffering as a result.

There were a lot of miscommunication because I do not feel the staff was communicating with one another and I had reiterate my plan over and over. Time sensitive messages were not addressed in time. Medications were sent to a pharmacy that was closed.
