Dr. Fisher and his team gave me a positive experience. I always felt welcome, had a warm greeting, and felt like him and his nurse, especially Sarina, spent as much time as I needed in answering my questions along each step of my treatment. I truly felt cared for. The only recommendation for improvement is with the finance team. We were eligible for a discount through Carrot, and it took a few times before that applied to our treatment cost. Communications could have been improved during this process.

I live out of state and am beyond happy that I chose Spring Fertility. The travel was a struggle but it was so worth it! I really appreciated how organized, professional, and caring Spring has been in my journey. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose Spring again!

I had a harder time with my patient navigator. There were times that communication was dropped and time was lost in our process due to unclear next steps. Additionally there were challenges working with outside labs and our lab results were lost on 2 different occasions.
