I had a harder time with my patient navigator. There were times that communication was dropped and time was lost in our process due to unclear next steps. Additionally there were challenges working with outside labs and our lab results were lost on 2 different occasions.

Excellent care and compassion

There was a mixup with the paperwork for my embryos, indicating that a day 5 embryo was being transferred instead of day 6, when I only had day 6 embryos left. Dr Wu and the embryologist handled this super well and cleared up the confusion, but I wanted to flag the clerical error. I had a moment where I was worried that this wasn�t my embryo, so taking care with tracking would be my one point of feedback.

Dr. Fisher and Sarina are both amazing. Sarina was so kind and great at answering questions with patience. Dr. Fisher went above and beyond even logging on while on vacation in Hawaii to guide my treatment plan which made me feel supported and safe during the treatment process.

My nurse was very kind and sweet. The clinic is so clean and nicely decorated! I loved the heated reclining chairs. Felt so fancy in there! I felt well taken care of as well
