Dr. Wu and the staff are great. My biggest issue is the communication to make sure correct medications are ordered in time / correct prescriptions are sent to alto in a timely manner. Always feels like a scramble to get what I need in time / having to pay out of pocket or borrow medications from Spring. If Spring can improve patient planning and calendar, that would make the experience much better.

Doctors assigned to patients are rarely seen. I haven�t seen my doctor over the past two cycles at all. They don�t show up for ultrasounds, or any of the visits. Personally this model makes me feel like they don�t care at all, that it�s just a job for them and patients are just no faces.

The provider did not have access to all the paperwork I had submitted 1 whole week prior. The staff I had interacted with confirmed it was added to my chart.

The app and having multiple conversations with the same person in different chats is very confusing. After the initial consult I wish I would have received a message from my patient navigator what my next steps were. It felt like I was being ignored until I paid for the next step. I love the team at spring. Felt discrete but welcoming. I would love if there was a way to have later appt for those of us coming out of town but it was always able to work. Oh last thing, giving me chocolates as I�m leaving the procedure room is WEIRD!! It would be different if it came in a bag with a thank you card.
