I would more satify with the experience if I was able to do embryo transfer with my primary RE. However, I understand that is not always possible because this is a modified natural cycle.

All the staff are so friendly and welcoming appreciate all and thank them for explaining every step!

My nurse has been great to work with. There unfortunately was a systems outage with the Salve app and also at my Kaiser pharmacy that caused issues with my prescriptions to be filled. If I had not proactively followed up on both sides I would not have known if the orders were not only sent but also received. This was out of anyones control but something that could help is if the nurses have time to somehow confirm with the receiving pharmacy that they indeed received the prescriptions. It was quite the time consuming effort to make calls back and forth 6-10 times to ensure this was successfully completed. While my nurse was out, someone covered and updated my medications slightly incorrectly, which was corrected by my nurse upon return before it would have made an impact to me that night. However, it made me feel like I really needed to be double checking everything and advocating for myself in order to ensure no errors which felt unnecessarily stressful. Dr Wu has been consistently great so would like to provide that positive feedback. She is guiding me through this long process and does seem to care about outcomes and my well being. On the day of transfer, I will note that while in the massage chair I could hear one of the staff/nurses (not sure their role) saying some things about one of the doctors to the effect of disagreeing with an approach. I thought this was unprofessional and should be discussed internally not infront of patients. That same person seemed to have a bit of tension with some staff as well which made for a slightly less relaxing experience on transfer day. All this to say I still have had an overall positive experience with Spring, but there are a few areas for improvement in the customer experience.

Th administrative side of this whole process is not ideal. There are too many methods of communication (Salve app, Spring Portal, text, phone call, e-mail) and all methods kept reminding me about forms, different payment amounts, I will get 5 separate appointment reminders etc. and sometimes when I ask questions I don't get a response. I also never received a call from the patient finance advisor even after reaching out. For something I have to pay out-of-pocket for, I'm not getting the type of service that reflects the pricing. Consultation in-office was great, loved the medical staff.

We were overprescribed medication (as in, twice the quantity of medication that was actually supposed to be prescribed) that made us pay out of pocket for double the dose that we needed, which cost over $1700 extra. This has still not been resolved. We were also under prescribed the amount of menopur needed which made us order more on two separate occasions, which was a hassle. The physicians have all been professional, knowledgeable, and provided good communication,

Staff and Dr were welcoming. Excited to start treatment.

Had my embryo transfer with a different provider from my primary doctor, initially I was uneasy because I have the best primary doctor, Dr Fisher and was worried he wouldnt be there for this final part of this journey but he reassured me the on call doc would take care of me really well and it was true. Dr. Kornfield did my transfer with great care, I felt safe and well taken care of. Im still waiting for results but grateful for Spring Fertility and all their care team.
