communication between the doctors seems to be very poor. Dr. Wu said she didnt know what happened to the third follicle/egg and I had to explain it to her, is it not standard practice for the egg retrieval doctor to have notes that are shared with the primary care doctor? Dr. Wu did not explains things well during the egg retrieval follow up and had poor bedside manner. She decided to share that her other patient had 50 follicles and 40 mature eggs received while I received one mature egg so that did not help morale. The communication between patient navigator, nurse, and Dr. Wu in the beginning was terrible. One team was giving me wrong info and then they missed the fact that I never got the chickenpox antibodies. They said I was good to go and only once I was able to start IUI said that I would need to get the chicken pox vaccine or sign a waiver.

My computer did not work with Microsoft Teams very well for our virtual appointment. Dr. Krieg could hear us, but she said our video was frozen. It could have been something on our end, but weve never had this issue before.
