Sometimes it is difficult to get a response. I have waited days to get an answer to some questions. My doctor is very patient and kind and has made me feel welcomed since our first meeting.

The salve app was difficult to communicate through. There is so much information sent via text. The week before I started the medications, I felt like I couldn't get ahold of anybody to answer questions. It ended up being a scramble at the last minute to get the medications. I also had appointments that didn't fully get scheduled which felt very disorganized. There also has to be a better way to document when a patient has already paid their bill. Each time I checked it, I was asked to pay my balance even though I did it days earlier. Again that makes it feel disorganized! Overall though, we were able to complete what we set out to do so I'm happy with that. Just could use a few improvements which I noted.

All of the doctors here were so welcoming and supportive. Dr Amato is our primary provider but we also saw Dr. Bonus, Dr. Palmor, Dr. Kulkarni, and Dr. Kornfield, all of which we would happily see again! We are keeping our fingers crossed that we do not have to do another transfer but if we do we know we are in the best hands possible.

The finance department kept putting us down as �self pay� cycle after cycle and it was a headache to go back and forth with them to make sure they first billed our insurance and then our loan company.
