Dr. Palmor is the absolute best.

Finance did not provide very clear information at the beginning of the process but after multiple asks, they did a good job of helping us navigate the financial process. The medical staff has been phenomenal top to bottom. So far, post-retrieval I wish we had more communication from our primary doctor about next steps rather than waiting several weeks until our next appointment.

For the transfer we weren�t told ahead of time we could have a phone or take pics and we wish we had not missed that opportunity. We were told during it but it all happened so fast we weren�t ready. Everything else was great

My first visit the the clinic wasn�t welcoming when I entered, but all of my experiences following that have been welcoming. The financial counseling process and communication can improve. I didn�t feel like I got all of my questions answered and they were very scripted. The financial details were not clear especially when there were changes and the turnaround deadline to make the payment felt very pressured and uncomfortable. Overall, my experience at Spring has been positive despite those challenges. Dr. Wu and her care team are amazing. My experience with IVF at Spring was a better experience because I was able to work with Dr. Wu more closely. I also appreciate the Salve app - and all its features to support my experience.

My dr was great and the embryo transfer experience was seamless. I especially appreciated the heated and massage chair while I waited. However, I wish the communication was more timely. Sometimes my messages wouldn�t get an answer for more than 5 days and when I call, I get the voicemail. It�s great to have the materials online but it feels impersonal when the answer directs me to check my Salve app.
