Thank you for the great care! I know you�re working hard on improving communication, which will reduce the strain on patients to project manage their treatment.

It has been confusing on which thread to respond to with so many messages from different nurses on the Salve app. I also feel frustrated that it is so difficult to get in touch with my Dr. and that I can�t send her a message directly. There seems to be miscommunication about what I speak to my doctor about and the care team�s info they get from after the phone consults.

I just wanted to say that everyone I worked with at Spring Fertility was wonderful and just such a joy to work with! Genuinely the staff were so kind and accommodating (even when situations came up that were not ideal!) I appreciate all their help! I will say CloudRx didn�t seem to be totally together, I had to do a lot of following up with my insurance to see where we were in the process and they seem confused when I told them my insurance had asked for additional information, I just don�t think I should have had to do quite as many calls I ended up making

Dr. Kornfield was amazing, she took her time explaining things, was informative and knowledgeable, was kind and knew our protocol and medical history even though she was filling in for another doctor. Dr. Krieg is my primary doctor and the care and guidance she has provided has truly been phenomenal and while I wish the conditions for which we were seeing her were not the case, I am so glad she is my doctor.

Day of procedure and follow up I had Sierra, she is wonderful! Due to scheduling I interacted with different doctors on the team for ultrasounds and every one of them were also wonderful, especially Dr. Bonus!

I came from a different clinic. Even from my initial visit I was blown away by how much better my experience with Spring has been.
