I felt safe although I would have appreciated a little more trauma-informed care while performing ultrasound. It really helps me to be talked through what they�re going to do and while they�re performing the ultrasound I.e. �I�m going to touch you here� etc. Thank you!

I had two nurses and the second one was more available. The first was transitioning roles I believe and so it was more difficult to communicate with them. (My medications were barely ordered on time. But after the switch things went smoothly.) overall everyone (including the first nurse) has been very kind and helpful in this complex process.

This doesn't really have to do with spring but it was a little confusing how to get my medication. Between cloud rx and the CVS specialty pharmacy I had to call a number of times to get my medication.

Once we committed to paying and going through with the egg retrieval, communication was pretty good. Outside of that, it has felt very disorganized and I feel like my treatment timeline has been delayed twice because of poor communication/disorganization. That�s been extremely frustrating, as someone in their late 30s trying for their first child.
