Spring Fertility team was so welcoming, trauma-informed, lgbtqia+ accepting, and just awesome to work with. I actually miss going there now, which I don't think I've ever said of any health provider!

There is a LOT of repitition in the training for injections and preparation for procedures. I see why it would be helpful for some, but we would have prefered just to use the video instruction on the app and not have to sit through the extended zoom training.

Overall I felt the communication was frustrating as requests I made in previous messages were not remembered/noted. The messaging was not always a clear or efficient way to communicate as I frequently had different nurses responding and there were several message chains which I think made it confusing. I believe phone calls would have been easier, especially early on when establishing care/creating a treatment plan. Unless the clinic called me I was not able to connect with anyone in a timely manner. During my ultrasound visits I felt that efficiency was valued more than patient care, i.e. remembering to introduce self and being aware of personal needs. I got the impression that the idea of "personalized treatment plans" was not the norm.

Dr. Fisher is absolutely wonderful. I really appreciate the time he took to explain everything and answer our questions. He was patient and validating. I couldn�t ask for a better reproductive endocrinologist.
