Dr. Fisher is absolutely wonderful. I really appreciate the time he took to explain everything and answer our questions. He was patient and validating. I couldn�t ask for a better reproductive endocrinologist.

Dr. Wu is incredibly kind and compassionate. It's been wonderful working with her through our IVF journey.

One thing I wish spring would do is proactively order prescriptions. For example, it was very stressful to try to procure promethium after getting a call that I needed it at 3pm on a Sunday. I wish this had been ordered to my pharmacy beforehand, and I could have filled it only if needed. Same goes for birth control - I knew I would need to be starting it, but it wasn�t proactively ordered and it was stressful trying to get it immediately.

Dr. Wu is truly dedicated to her work and encouraging. It was a pleasure working with her through this process.

Office reminded me of a dentist office. Just needed a fish tank. I think for such an expensive and emotionally charged business, it would be more like a therapy office with distractions and noise machines.

Everything went so smoothly and quickly I had a great experience overall and Dr. Fisher was wonderful to work with. Wonderful tableside manner!

My team nurse was super helpful and responsive throughout the medication process. When she was off though, it was difficult to coordinate care with the covering nurses. The financial team also dropped the ball when I initially sent my new insurance coverage but they worked quickly once they caught it and got it set up just in time.

The financial portion was messed up from last time, as our insurance was never billed. It was not taken care of until right before this cycle, which really added a lot of unnecessary stress from the finance department. It was also tough to get in touch with someone at the beginning of my cycle for next steps. Then it was very rushed when I finally did hear back from my patient navigator. Dr Wu is fantastic though and I feel very trusting in her care.
