Need more clarity/discussion around supplements and finding reputable brands that meet safety criteria. Also, allowing patients to have a reasonable amount of hope during the processe and not setting the bar too low with expectations and exploring or acknowledging gray areas or unknowns. Some hope can be helpful for motivation.

The nurse and the doctors that helped me with the transfer were amazing. The facility seems new and they made me feel comfortable. Overall happy with the process.
