I had an amazing consult and am looking forward to working with Spring. However i am trying to schedule follow up appointments and i cannot get in touch with anyone over the phone or on the app

I went to ORM first and had a terrible experience with the doctor who was very negative about my options. The staff was not as attentive to questions and financial matters. Slimy experience at Spring this far has been very positive. Dr. Wu listened and provided valuable and insightful information for my specific case. Ann was so positive and did a great job with blood draw. Chelsea provided clear information and answered questions on the spot. I'm very happy with Spring Fertility so far!

My consultation was great and Dr. Krieg and her team were very caring and knowledgeable. I was sent lab orders to complete that are inconsistent with what me and Dr. Krieg discussed in the consultation and contacted my patient navigator and nobody has reached back out to me. I was feeling hopeful and then frustrated about the oversight and lack of communication to at least say they received my message and are working on correcting it.
