The online in take forms were a bit cumbersome with a lot of questions that did not apply to my situation.

I had an amazing experience, everyone was lovely to talk to. Dr Wu was extremely thorough and explained everything so well. Loved how clean the clinic was and the process was so smooth. Very very happy with Spring Fertility so far!

I am really happy with my experience with spring. Dealing with infertility is tough but the doctors and nurses at spring have been helpful and encouraging and I feel I am in good hands.

As for ultrasound visits, I was left confused on my first initial ultrasound visit due to miscommunication and was worried my transfer would be cancelled. It was just a misunderstanding, and we were able to proceed as normal. The 2nd ultrasound the same fellow did my ultrasound, and she was very informative and clear. As for my transfer, I came to the clinic early and on time with a full bladder and ready to go. My procedure was delayed by 10 minutes, and this caused me great distress as I had to pee so badly. The nurse let me pee somewhat to relieve pressure. When the doctor came in to take me to the back, she had the same fellow with her. She asked if it was okay if the fellow was in the room, and I said yes. Once we got to the transfer room, I learned the fellow would actually be the one doing my procedure. I felt completely blindsided by this as I had not been informed the fellow would be the one doing the whole procedure. I have a history of trauma and this distressed me greatly because I was not informed beforehand. The procedure was also very painful. I dont know if the speculum was too big, but I also heard that the empty part of the catheter was removed too soon. I felt like my trust was violated, and I felt extremely down the day after and cried quite a bit. I wish I had been prepared and let know there would be someone else doing the procedure beforehand, so that I could have been better prepared. It went quick and fast and I had no idea what was happening. Everyone was very sweet during the procedure. Im just unsure if I could through doing the transfer a 2nd time because it was so painful and stressful.

I would like to be able to have a support person in the room with me for an egg retrieval. I am a healthcare provider who does injections in my work so the meds werent that difficult for me, but, I think there should be in person instruction for them.
