The care team and treatment at spring is fantastic. Your ability to interpret and present accurate financial information is embarrassingly subpar. Explanation of benefits and future costs is not communicated clearly at any level. Incredibly disappointing and created additional stress. Through days of my own leg work I was able to navigate my out of pocket costs without any help from spring. In fact it was made more difficult by your financial teams incompetence and overall unfriendly and unkind presentation of my incorrect benefits.

There have definitely been some hiccups. The biggest being my doctor who I�ve worked with for years went out on FMLA. No one told me until I arrived to a virtual meeting and the doctor did not show up. That�s when my care was officially transferred. Also, my financial cost letter was incorrect and I had to do quite a bit of back and forth to get it corrected. I am still getting pinged to sign the old wrong copy and I haven�t been able to get anyone to fix the system and remove these alerts to sign outdated paperwork.

It was a great experience. I did have some issues with my nurse changing a few times but besides that I was a great experience. I love the new facility and I loved being able to see everything on the tv screens and being able to walk by the embryologists area. Thank you again!
