Dr. wu is the best- I feel so comfortable with her and loves that she explained what she was doing throughout the whole procedure. Embryologist was kind and calm. Mikayla has been amazing, although only interacting with her on the salve app and phone. She is very patient, kind, and responsive. I would recommend dr wu to a friend but not sure about spring as a clinic, as it took months and numerous instances of nurses and staff not using my preferred name. Even the app still calls me by my dead name which is triggering every time I go on it. The nurses and staff have gotten a lot better after I communicated my concerns multiple times so I�m appreciative that. However, as a fertility clinic that likely serves the lgbtq population, using the correct name should be the bare minimum requirement/standard.

Everything went well. The only things I would of liked was print outs of the transfer and a picture of my embryo when it was expanded before transfer. I don't like having to try and take pictures while trying to relax for the transfer

Great experience overall with the team and in clinic. My only complaint is the past medical history form which is not only long but somewhat confusing as there titles with no questions underneath and every question had to be filled regardless of if it was applicable.

The team at Spring Fertility provided premium service and was always friendly
