The team at Spring Fertility provided premium service and was always friendly

My care team was super accommodating when it came to my history of childhood sexual abuse. They were able to get me a team of women to do my ultrasounds and egg retrieval and made sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout the process. This really went a long way and helped ease anxiety pre and post procedure. This level of care made me feel seen and heard.

Dr Krieg is the best

Overall organized process, easy communication but also very dehumanizing.

The admin/app/front desk leaves much to be desired. I absolutely felt left in the dark most of the time. If this had not been my 3rd transfer, I would have absolutely been beyond terrified. There was little to no communication and the nurse acted like everyone does this every day. This is a very expensive and very sensitive and vulnerable process. The nurse communicated like i was filing paperwork for a bank loan, not creating a child. Patients need their hands held. We need explanations. We need detailed step by step instructions and resources. The portal is horrendous and difficult to navigate. This is not a service that should be operated through an app. This requires human connection and human contact. And not to feel like you're being brushed off or read to from a customer service manual. I absolutely miss OHSU's fertility services and wish I was still working with them. Stop relying on the stupid app for the majority of interactions and treat your patients as the individuals they are!!! Would absolutely NOT recommend.

Justina was very informative and helpful and very kind to us. She made us feel very comfortable asking questions. Dr. Wu was great as well and very knowledgeable. All of the staff was friendly and made us feel very welcome there during our visit.

Dr Fischer was very informative and friendly. Gave us a sense of calm immediately and we feel like he�ll be genuinely invested in our successful treatment. I look forward to working with him on our IVF treatment.
