I've had a really great experience at Spring so far! I've felt that my treatment plan was always will explained and clear. I really appreciated how thorough my instructions were and all the reminders I get for each step in the process.

The heated message chairs were an extra nice relaxing touch!

In comparison to my experience at OHSU Fertility, the communication with Spring was not great. The prescription process was not clear as far as filling and refilling. With OHSU I received phone calls and written information throughout my whole process and I was usually clear about thing but with Speong the app seemed to be the preferred method of communication which should be used as back up to a conversation.

My experience at Spring met my expectations. I chose the facility due to the ease of navigation and because of the physician. My first navigator was MIA. I found Hannah to be flaky, unhelpful and I was disappointed that I had to initiate all communication with her. I requested a change and was assigned Justine. She was wonderful, helpful and caring. Overall, my experience was good. I wish that my first round had been more successful, but that is okay.

I already provided my feedback to the clinic manager, but my Day 1 phone call to report my period was never returned and on a Friday. I spoke to someone at 8:30 am and never got a call back, prompting me to call again Saturday AM, which then took me 45 minutes at the pharmacy because they needed to ask insurance about the letrozole dose. So all of this added to a lot of extra unnecessary anxiety that I don�t wish upon anyone else going through this process. Kristina RN has been great, she said she wasn�t my primary RN but she was the only one that I ever interacted with on the coordination side and I appreciated her.

I was blown away by my experience with Spring. I can�t emphasize enough how wonderful the staff is, from the nurses to the doctors and front desk. On the day of my retrieval, I was pretty nervous and felt so comforted by the nurses and Dr. Krieg. I am so grateful! Thank you!!
