Improvement in communication. I think because I have gone through the process with the same providers but in a different facility I knew what to expect hence I asked the right questions and was more proactive. Without prior knowledge a lot would have been missed. Overall good experience but communication needs to be improved by a lot.

I can�t even begin to express how much I love Spring Fertility. Such a clean environment, everyone is so sweet and kind, I absolutely love our Doctor, and they made everything so easy to navigate. Can�t recommend them enough!

With regard to ordering prescriptions, one item was not available through Alto and I needed to message my care team to send prescription to my local pharmacy. It would be great if Alto defaulted to local if something is not available or automatically let care team know.

It would be helpful if you could provide a little more clarity regarding test pricing. The doctor informed me that my husband would need blood tests and a semen analysis in order to create a complete profile. On arrival, he was informed that a semen analysis would cost approximately $330. It was a surprise expense and we would have appreciated being informed in advance.
