I really enjoyed the staff and the thoroughness of the answers to my questions.

Dr. amato is The Best doctor Ive ever had. She and the nurses/assistants made me feel very comfortable, happy, and at ease. An excellent experience.

My only input is that sometimes I feel like I have to ask questions to get information on next steps rather than them being explained in full initially. It has at times changed what I need to do to prepare for the next phase when wanting to move forward asap.

My overall experience at Spring was really good. I loved all the little things like having the warm blanket and the warm chair to sit in while I waited. I dont know if there is a reason why the transfer room is so cold, but I was pretty freezing in there so thats just, some advice for the future. Everybody was so welcoming and professional.

I just want to say thank you to everyone involved you made this whole experience much easier and everything was so organized.

Extremely thankful for the experience, and outcome of our egg retrieval. Dr. Fischer went above and beyond for my husband and I.

I felt the actual clinical process of the embryo transfer went extremely smoothly, however the communication from the transition from OHSU to Spring was very poor. We were told to look for certain embryos when pursuing donor embryos while under OHSU (high grade with young donors OR euploid). When we found 4 euploid embryos there was disagreement about accepting the embryos based on their grade despite all being euploid. We have had these embryos reviewed by outside embryologists who said they would still consider those viable, but ended up needing to escalate our case to the team as Spring and at OHSU to get them to work with the embryos we had already paid thousands of dollars and became legal recipients of based on what we were told by OHSU/Spring. It was straightened out eventually but more clearly written guidelines need to be given to couples pursuing donor embryos. The actual clinic, doctors and the process itself once we made it to transfer has been very smooth however.
