Dr. Fisher, as always is so kind and patient. I barely felt anything during my transfer. Im grateful for his care and how supportive the rest of the team was.

I love my doctor but I continue to be disappointed by the inconsitent communication from Spring Fertility (this is my 2nd egg freezing).

At consultation the MD was fantastic. Dr Kornfield reviewed everything and was great. I had a not great experience with filling out the forms as it was not web friendly and extremely long and didnt tell you which questions were not answered but you could not submit. Then I asked for the patient advocate to call me because I did not want to download an app that did not work great and I instead got a message apparently on the app. No phone call. I would suggest that the team sets up a time with a RN to go over next steps like an appointment rather then a random message that many people wont see since there is no email notification when you get a message. I also felt like the staff only cared about me finishing forms prior to consult yet at any other doctors office you can do that when you get there and you dont have to do it 2-3 days prior to your visit. Also my partner was with me and after the visit I got a message saying we needed his information but he was there and could have done it at our visit. Again necessitating a visit with a RN or patient advocate during or shortly after consult. I was a former OHSU patient and felt the communication was better in that sense. Overall Dr Kornfield was fantastic. But I think it may be best to re evaluate some of the patient touch points and experience during the initial phases.

Dr Wu and her care team was caring and supportive.

We appreciated the friendly, smiling faces and sense of comfort. Dr. Kornfield was easy to talk to and took the time to listen to our questions and concerns. What a great experience!

Would have loved a printed out photo of our embryo at the end! <3
