A more realistic expectation around timelines and when to expect communications especially after injections start

Dr. Wu is amazing. She always answers my questions and makes me feel like I am more than just another patient.

I appreciate the little things at Spring - the warm blanket while you are waiting to go into your procedure, the locker for your possessions. Then there are the bigger things, like the fact that I got to watch on the screen as the embryologist pipetted my embryo from its petri dish. So cool! I have had transfers at another clinic, and the experience was not nearly as smooth and professional. Thank you - I was impressed by the care I received.

There seems to be a good amount of miscommunication between provider and nurses or other team members that lead to patient being provided with varying or conflicting information. Also, appointments were almost consistently rescheduled throughout the process leading up to the embryo transfer.

The bulk of my care was provided outside of Spring since my doctor has her own practice but the actual egg retrieval was done at Spring and I had an amazing experience!!! The nurses, Sierra and Resha, at the Portland facility were TOP NOTCH and made me feel so comfortable and made the experience so easy and great. The anesthesiologist, Dr. Liu, was also stellar and had a great personality!

Lab no longer provides 3rd day results or cell counts during the embryo growth stage nor in the end report. Lacked communication and information - felt like patient care and lab were two different companies, not in alignment or support with one another nor the patient on this. the lack of info and care after retrieval is the sole reason I would not recommend Spring to friends.
